1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website and services of Ace Emergency Services ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

2. Description of Services

Ace Emergency Services provides emergency and non-emergency garage door repair, installation, and maintenance services as described on our website. Our 45-minute response guarantee applies to emergency services within our primary service area during normal operating hours, subject to the conditions specified in these terms.

3. Service Appointments and Estimates

When you request service through our website, by phone, or other means, we will schedule an appointment based on availability and the urgency of your service needs. For emergency services, we strive to arrive within 45 minutes in our primary service area.

Prior to performing any work, our technicians will provide an estimate of the cost. Any estimate provided is subject to change if additional issues are discovered during the service or if the scope of work changes.

4. Service Guarantee

Our 45-minute response guarantee applies only to emergency service requests within our designated primary service area. If we fail to arrive within 45 minutes of the confirmed appointment time for qualified emergency service requests, the service call fee will be waived. This guarantee is subject to:

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept major credit cards, cash, and certain electronic payment methods.

For larger projects or installations, we may require a deposit before work begins. Any deposit requirements will be clearly communicated before work is scheduled.

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service appointment, please contact us at least 2 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee equal to the service call charge.

Our workmanship is guaranteed for a period of 90 days from the date of service. Parts and materials are covered by manufacturer warranties, which vary by product. Our warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, or attempts to repair by others.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ace Emergency Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:
